One Suggested Order

Wild West Shrimp to start, Flo’s Filet as the entrée, a Loaded Baked Potato on the side, and Chocolate Stampede shared between two people. It covers frequently ordered items across the menu and gives a fair read on whether LongHorn fits your taste before you commit to pricier cuts on a return visit.

Sample Meal Totals

Simple totals worked out from the prices listed on this site.

First-visit order

Wild West Shrimp $13.49 + Flo’s Filet 6 oz $27.79 + Chocolate Stampede $12.49 (shared). Total: $53.77. The side comes with the steak.

Budget steak lunch

Lunch Renegade Sirloin $16.99, served with a choice of side. Total: $16.99.

Light lunch

Grilled Chicken and Strawberry Lunch Salad $10.99 (280 cal). Total: $10.99.

Steak and seafood on one plate

7 oz LongHorn Salmon with Redrock Shrimp combo $27.99 (460 cal). Total: $27.99.

Totals are menu prices added together, before drinks, tax and tip, and may vary by location.

Building Your Own Combo

Nothing on the printed list matching what you want? Most pairings can be requested by asking your server. None of these are official menu items, so pricing depends on what is added.

Steak and shrimp, your way

Order the Outlaw Ribeye or a Renegade Sirloin and add Redrock Grilled Shrimp instead of choosing a fixed combo size.

Filet with a topper

Flo’s Filet with a lobster tail added lets you choose your own filet size.

Ribs and chicken, split

A half-rack of Baby Back Ribs with Parmesan Crusted Chicken works for two people sharing.

Salad as an entrée

The 7-Pepper Sirloin Salad can be ordered with a larger steak portion if the salad-sized cut is not enough.

What to Skip

A well-done steak loses most of its tenderness, especially leaner cuts. The Porterhouse is built for sharing, so ordering it alone usually means leftovers. And don’t expect a dinner-sized portion at lunch prices, since the lunch menu is smaller by design.
